Food is medicine.  Truly, we are what we eat, and what we assimilate, and one my goals is to help you create better choices by eating more fresh food.  Simple choices - like taking a banana and apple to work with almond butter for a healthy snack at coffee break, rather than a donut or muffin.  Slowly and steadily I have changed how and what I eat and in the process have found that I have so much less pain in my body.

And now at 55 years young, I am in the best shape of my life.  Eating healthy, vegetarian and more vegan meals; I have released a bunch of excess "junk in my trunk".  What would you like to change in your life?  In your health and well being?
